We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to help us in our mission to make managing properties transparent, easy and successful. We believe that a user-centered approach is key to our success. In you, as a Product Manager, we are looking for a person whose passion it is to truly understand our customers and their needs, and build exceptional solutions for them.
As part of the product team, you will work closely with our Head of Product, Product Designer, and CTO and play an integral part in shaping the product. Part of your job will be to improve our analytics capabilities so that we can gain more insights. You will use these insights and our internal research to evaluate and improve how our product addresses our users’ problems.
We’re looking for a candidate who already has experience in digital product development, especially with apps, and has a strong technical affinity. You should be able to break down complex requirements into incremental parts, while not losing focus on user value. Consistently thinking from the customer’s perspective is the norm for you. While you work toward big goals, you rely on your understanding of their problems and like to develop solutions based on data. You can work iteratively, formulate hypotheses, test them and reject them if necessary.
Additionally, you have great communication skills, but also the ability to listen and learn. Strong self-management skills help you to work in a structured, targeted and detail-oriented manner. You are curious and have a willingness to immerse yourself in unfamiliar domains, which makes it easy for you to acquire the necessary knowledge.
